We Are The Rural People And Underprivileged. We Need Support!

FCRA Registration

As we are dependent on support and donation of NGO and INGO from abroad besides equipment etc. we applied and got registration under FCRA 1976 by Ministry of Home Affairs, Government of India, Registration No. is 14710554 dated 19th December 2001.

Apeal

We are for the rural populate and underprivileged. We need support. We need Green Laser for treatment of diabetic retinopathy which develops when the blood vessels that nourish the retina deteriorate as a result of high blood sugar levels. Macular Edema and proliferative diabetic retinopathy require laser treatment. Laser may not improve the vision but can often prevent further deterioration. We need equipments for Eye Care Unit either for replacement or for addition. We need soft loan without interest for a given period, say 7 to 10 years for the reason as stated above. The loan will be repaid after the expiry of the date upon an agreement to be executed therefore.

We need to constitute a Corpus Fund to invest in State Bank of India or any other commercial bank for earning interest to balance excess of expenditure over income and replacement of equipment for Eye Care Unit.

Sponsorship for free IOL surgery @ Rs. 2,000/- for each surgery at the present Vision Foundation of India (VFI), Mumbai is sponsoring free 100 surgeries each month. Sri Chandan Bhattacharya, Former Managing Director, SBI introduced us to VFI hence poor people are getting the benefit.

Medical Retina Wing

It has been felt necessary to go for Medical Retina Wing in consideration of the fact that the people in the rural are too suffering from Diabetes and they are working with Diabetic Disease without caring for consequences.

As a field worker it has been felt by us to treat these people in management of their Retina Problems and otherwise their eyes will go blurred and will become dependent on the society.

We are happy to inform that Optical Coherence Tomography (OCT) unit has since been installed at our Hospital on 14th August, 2020. 50% of the cost of the unit i.e. Rs. 11 lacs has been donated to us by Dr. Mahadev Chakraborty, Toronto, Canada in memory of his loving wife Late Smt. Dipti Chakraborty. It has immensely helpful to the rural populace.

Sanitary Napkin

We have decided to lunch a project for preperation of Sanitary Napkins for use of the girl students in rural area on cost to cost basis/ and free to those who are Adibasis.
